What I Learned
Communication is key. Since this was my first game being a Team Manager, I was incredibly anxious to make sure that things ran smoothly among the art, design, programming, and sound teams. Even while working remotely, I think that the teams were well-connected and we were able to finish the game.
Delegate the tasks! I ended up giving myself a workload that was way too much, but that could have easily been solved if I had split the tasks among all of the artists instead.
